Environment and Energy
The Firm has a proven and specific experience in all aspects of environmental law – including waste management, environmental recomposition, reclamation, emissions and discharge permits, obtaining administrative permits in complex sectoral areas ( quarries, landfills, planning involving environmental impact assessment or strategic environmental assessment ) and renewable energies.
We also manage all aspects concerning the energy sector: from regulatory, urban and contractual aspects to authorization procedures, due diligence on legal aspects of projects for the construction of new plants, incentives related to the production of energy from renewable sources and for energy efficiency.
The Firm undertakes advocacy work in domestic and euro derived environmental and energy trials.
Procurement and public contracts
The Firm carries out consultancy activities in public tenders for works, services and supplies and in concessions, ensuring assistance at every stage, taking care of disputes before the administrative and civil jurisdiction.
Competition
We offer support and advice in proceedings concerning restrictive agreements, abuse of a dominant position and unfair commercial practices, assisting companies in administrative proceedings and judgements against the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.
Telecommunication
We offer consultancy in the telecommunications sector, with particular reference to telecommunications networks and services, frequency allocation, interconnection and number portability, authorization procedures for the installation and maintenance of infrastructure, concessions on public land, installation and posing of optical fibre on public and state-owned areas, as well as on procurement.
We assist clients in regulatory matters at national and European level and in proceedings before the Italian industry authorities (Agcom and Agcm), the European Commission, civil and administrative courts.
Public accounting
We assist directors and managers of Public Enterprises and Public Administration in liability cases before the Regional Sections and the Central Sections of the Corte dei Conti.
Town planning and construction
We assist private individuals and public administrations in building authorization procedures for the construction of strategic infrastructures and large-scale works as well as in the ordinary authorization process (building permits, SCIA, CILA, free building activities, amnesties) and sanctions (demolition orders and repression of construction abuse), also in relation to aspects of the constraints as characterised by the d.lgs. n. 42/2004 (authorizations).
Health law
We provide advice and assistance, both judicial and the extra-judicial, in all areas related to health and pharmaceutical law. The activity covers all issues in the sector as well as issues related to the authorisation and accreditation of health facilities.
